Alpha males are typically dominant and strong, while beta males are regarded as weak and submissive. In modern days, alpha males are capable of getting any woman they want.

If you want to be the alpha male, you have to believe in yourself and believe in yourself enough to endure the trials and obstacles in life. If you can do that, you will be considered an alpha male and you can overcome the most challenging situations and remain focused on winning.

Alpha males tend to have a lot more leadership traits than beta males. Alpha males believe in themselves while beta males are followers and refuse to stand for what’s right.

Most alpha males have straight backs and shoulders held up, looks and feel like having high self-esteem while beta males have looks of low confidence with slumped shoulders and bent spines.

Let’s take look at a deeper look into both alpha males and beta males and know where they stand in today’s society.

What is an Alpha Male?

The term alpha male has been tarnished by the overuse of the phrase. It has been used to describe men who are tough and have muscular bodies.

When most people hear the term ”alpha male”, they immediately envision a muscular bodybuilder with a large fat bank account and an aura of superiority.

Alpha males are often thought of as being draggers or condescending characters. Today, the world needs real men. Men who are both powerful and kind.

Contrary to popular belief, being an alpha male does not have anything to do with being the biggest or richest man in the room. It has nothing to do with being a great athlete, being a good listener, or being a good businessman.

Alpha males are often jacked up like muscle men, rich enough to own their own NFL team and more attractive than Casanova.
Being an alpha male is about being the best version of yourself. It’s about being able to lead and dominate those around you and those you care about.

What is a Beta Male?

Becoming a beta male is about understanding what it means to be an alpha male. It’s not about how you stack up against other men. Alpha males make their own decisions and are the leaders of their own lives, while beta males follow the crowd.

Being in a followership or leadership position doesn’t make you a beta male or an alpha. Instead, it means that you are more likely to be active in creating the life that you desire.

Beta males are no more than mere observers and do not have a purpose or vision. They blindly accept what others say without hesitation.

For example, beta males are those who go to college and then settle in relationships that are not ideal for them. They do not value or love themselves enough to stand up for themselves.

Instead, they will bend over backward to make others feel good enough. Betas are people who are more concerned with the thoughts and opinions of others than with themselves.

Alpha Male vs Beta Male: Rank and Hierarchy

An alpha male is a dominant man in a situation. A beta man is the other man below him. Since women are attracted to alpha males, if you’re not an alpha male, then they’ll be less attractive to women.

Being an alpha male doesn’t mean that I am a bad boy. Instead, it means that I’m a good guy who values others. This confusion often leads to guys avoiding expressing their inner alpha man.

Good guy alpha male: These guys love people who are kind, caring, and helpful. He is also a person who enjoys being around others and accepting them for who they are.

Energetic, confident, and emotionally balanced, this man is capable of leading and managing situations confidently. He has a good sense of humor and is good at taking action.

Bad boy alpha male: These guys are narcissistic, selfish, and often mentally unbalanced.

Alpha males are those who have the qualities that make them successful in life, but they are usually not liked or successful in life. This is due to their lack of confidence and their masculine image. If a good guy is available, a woman will most likely go for him instead.

Why Do Women Prefer Alpha Men Over Beta Men

One of the main reasons why women are attracted to an alpha male. One of these is that they want to know that their partner can protect them both physically and mentally.

Back then, men who were physically capable of protecting women from threats were more attractive to women. In today’s world, women love leaders who know exactly what they want and how to get what they want.
