Welcome to One Man’s Life Mission

By taking any one mans life mission’s dating advice/courses/live training etc, you agree to and accept the following terms, conditions, and notices (I reserve the right to update, change, alter and revise these terms of use at my discretion at anytime. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as these conditions apply to every service and good provided by one mans life mission :

Things you agree to and acknowledge : 

  • I understand that training requires me to commit fully to taking the required action
  • I understand that one mans life mission has acquired decades of experience that I can benefit from and therefore I will trust in the advice given to me.
  • I agree to be on time to all live training and online training
  • I agree to staying positive and solution oriented instead of negative or problem focused
  • I agree to at least try any task (within reason) that is given to me

1 Non-Compete

I agree to keep all trade secrets confidential. I do not currently own or work for and will not own or work for in the future, a company or entity that trains/coaches/teaches men dating/pickup/daygame/nightgame/online game for 6 years after attending this training with one mans life mission. Either paid or unpaid, nor will I pass on the knowledge learned to a third party who will then use this knowledge to coach/train/teach for any form of profit or even barter system within this 6 year period. Otherwise I will forfeit to Dave from one mans life mission any revenue earned from operating or working for a company or internet website or social media platform that teaches/coaches men dating advice with women within the 6 year period. If I am found to have passed on any novel strategies to a third party and that third party was to profit from these novel strategies, I agree to pay an equal amount to Dave from one mans life mission as compensation.

2 Confidentiality

I agree to keep everything confidential and private. I understand that the privacy and the identities of all staff and other clients are to be kept confidential. I will never dox anyone connected to, or assosiated with one mans life mission. I agree to not use any audio or video recording devices during this program to ”expose” anyone. Basically what happens during training, stays on training and I agree to never disclose any information to a third party. I agree that this program and the attendees may be audio or video recorded by Dave from one mans life mission and used for marketing purposes unless you ask for otherwise. I give Dave from one mans life mission permission to sue me for damages if I ”expose” or spread rumors from a priveleged position.

3 Training, Digital Products and Courses 

  • One mans life mission will always try his best to provide far more value to his clients than is expected. Sure, sometimes things goes wrong. The wealther is bad, a pandemic hits the globe, night club bouncers can be annoying, girls in that particular location/time of day/demographic are just not giving you the reactions you want etc but one mans life mission will always be solution orientated. Never problem orientated and you should expect the same high frequecy thought processes from yourself too.
  • Bootcamps :  One Mans Life Mission agrees to provide two (2) night game sessions (either inside or outside ”guttergame” the night clubs) and one (1) daygame session of live in-person coaching at a minimum. But rest assured that one mans life mission will always try add the maximum amount of value possible. 
  • Immersions : These training packages are jam packed with as much live ”game” experience that can be possibly crammed into one single program. Most of these immersions will be live training during the daytime simply because night game venues are only open at select times and we can ”daygame” 24/7 within reason of course.  
  • You are expected to bring a can-do attitude and be willing to get out of your comfort zone by trying new things that might just seem counterintuitive to some. All training provided by one mans life mission is supposed to be fun and exciting, so lets have fun with it!

4 Limitation of Liability

I understand and agree that the novel concepts, strategies, ideas, thoughts, techniques I will be taught are only opinions. The instructors are not trained professionals, none have any formal psychological or counselling training and should NOT be treated like a doctor or trained professional in any way shape or form. All training/coaching/teaching should be treated the same way as entertainment and nothing more. If you have a medical condition, you should seek professional help from a trained professional. None of the instructors are lawyers or legal professionals in any way and their ideas can never be treated as legal advice. You agree to never misuse the content from one mans life mission in an unlawful manner in any way shape of form under any circumstances. As a client or consumer of any of this content, either free or paid, I agree to never break any laws under any circumstances as no content from one mans life mission would ever suggest that I do so and I understand that this content is for entertainment purposes only. 

One mans life mission retains the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion at any time.

I agree that one mans life mission, Dave, one mans life mission’s instructors, or its principal shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of using training/teaching/coaching or free online content. I agree that no third-party providers will be liable for damages for any use of training/coaching/online digital products either. And I as the user of any of this entertainment based content will take full responsibility for my own actions as an adult who make their own decisions and is therefore responsible for their own actions. I agree to in the event of a disagreement or conflict to engage with one mans life mission to solve the problem, via email, DM, calls etc in order to solve the problem in a mature and mutually beneficial way. I agree to forgo litigation and settle the matter using Binding Arbitration and  share the costs of arbitration equally.

5 Non-Disclosure Agreement

By taking any paid or free coaching/training/teachings from one mans life mission I agree to not disclose any content to a third party for up to a 10 year period from the date of the original contact date. I agree to protect confidential information including intellectual property, personal information, customer lists and trade secrets. Secretly filming or recording while coaching online or over the phone or during any live coaching will be in breach of this non-disclosure agreement and will result in the client being banned immediately without a refund. I understand and agree that secretly filming or recording while coaching online or over the phone or during any live coaching program or course (free or paid) and distributing to a third party could make myself liable to damages due to injury caused to one mans life mission or Dave himself. It is unlawful to replicate or duplicate any form of content created by one mans life mission or a connected third party.

6 Refund, Cancellation, Deposit and Transfer Policy 

Travelling interstate or abroad takes a lot of planning, time and up front costs (flights, accommodation etc). Therefore no refunds or transfers can be offered. I understand that people miss flights or get sick but a strickly no refunds or transfers policy is in place. The best mindset is the ”all in, no excuses, I’m committing to this no matter what” mindset. All deposits are exactly that, a deposit and a committment to going ahead with coaching/training and this will take the spot of another possible client and therefore no deposits will be refunded under any circumstances. Once you transfer your deposit, it’s a committment to go all in and do this, so try use this as motivation to make sure you go ahead with it! There is no payment plans in place, nor does one mans life mission have the ability to do so. This means that payment for coaching/training/teachings should be paid before it begins. 

If you have any issues with this policy, feel free to reach out for a chat and you may find that one mans life mission is far more lenient than this policy. But this policy is in place to protect one mans life mission from clients ”gaming” the system.
