You could get banned from the gym, maybe a guy will try white fighting and fight you, or even smaller things could happen. Like, getting a bad reputation amongst everyone in the gym as that creepy guy who’s always hitting on all the girls.

This means that you won’t be getting many new cold approaches per gym session or even each week of gym sessions because you’ll have to be super covert and indirect.

The best strategy is to start every cold approach with conversational threads that will always give you plausible deniability.

How To Meet Girls at the Gym

So you’ve seen a girl at the gym that you’re attracted to. Maybe she’s got a great body, or maybe she’s just really cute. You want to go up and talk to her, but you don’t know how to cold approach a girl at the gym.

Don’t worry – we’re here to help! In this men’s dating advice article, we will discuss some tips for making a successful cold approach at the gym. By following these tips, you’ll be able to confidently start a conversation with the girl of your dreams!

Here are some men’s dating tips on how to do it without making it seem like you’re trying too hard or being sleazy.

Identify whether she’s busy or not 

It might not be the best time to approach her if she’s busy. However, if she’s not busy, you can go ahead and Cold Approach a Girl at the Gym. Just make sure that you’re respectful and don’t interrupt her while she’s working out.

This can be tricky because she’ll most likely be wearing earphones and listening to music. But, if you’re in desperate need of wingmen, then this can work out pretty well. Another advantage is that girls are usually more relaxed and open-minded when at the gym.

So, if you’re one of those single guys who’s looking to score some points with a beautiful girl, then the gym is definitely the place to be. Just make sure you are covert, have situational awareness and that you don’t come across as creepy or stalker-ish.

Ok, so you’ve found her working out, now what? The next step is to approach her with a compliment – and there are many ways you can do this that will work well.

For example, if she looks like she’s doing some curls with dumbbells, you could approach her and say, “Hey, I’m not sure if you want anyone to give you advice or anything but are you doing bicep curls? You just look like the type of person who would know how to do those things.

After saying this, she will tell you whether or not she knows or if she wants help. However, even if she doesn’t want help, you can still drop a compliment by saying something like, “Well done, I bet it feels great to be able to do that.”

This should start the conversation off on a positive note and make her more likely to listen to what you have to say. Remember to keep the compliments genuine, though – no one likes a phony.

Ask about her workout routine in the gym

Now, get ready, it’s time to get into the meat of the conversation and get things going. After you’ve complimented her on something, ask her name and what she does for a living.

You can also mention that you noticed her in the gym earlier because she looks like someone who works out here often (or whatever else). If she says yes, another question is her workout routine.

This will help you figure out if she’s someone who knows a lot about the fitness or if she just started working out recently. If she doesn’t seem interested in talking, just say goodbye and move on. There are plenty of other girls at the gym to talk to.

Suggest meeting up for coffee or lunch after the gym

While you are cold approaching a girl at the gym, suggest meeting up for coffee or lunch after the gym. The key is to time this right, so she doesn’t think you’re just trying to get her in bed.

You might be able to sense if she’s interested in how responsive she is during your conversation. If she is, suggest meeting up for coffee or lunch after the gym and take it from there.

Be yourself while impressing her

When you cold approach a girl at the gym, it’s important to have confidence and show off your personality. You don’t come across too direct and aggressive or come across as desperate.

Just be yourself and let her see the great person that you are. By being friendly and chatty, you can make a good impression and maybe even get her number.
