This means taking action every single day in order to become a better man than you were yesterday. Once you understand this concept and accept it as accurate, it becomes much easier for us to succeed with women because we are always improving ourselves by taking action daily.

Practice until you get better at Daygame

If you’re nervous about approaching women, it means you care enough to want to succeed. And that’s what will make it easier to approach women in the future.

You can’t make yourself feel comfortable with women, but you can train yourself to put yourself in situations where you can learn how to be comfortable with them.

The more time you spend around women, the more time they’ll spend around you. So the more time you spend talking to women, the more experience with talking to women you’ll get.

If you just want to practice day game to enjoy, then you cannot get better at it. You need to put extra time and effort to practice. It is just like boxing, where you need to get into the ring and win competitions.

Surround yourself with guys who want to get the best out of pick-up and dating

When you surround yourself with guys who want to get the best out of pick-up and dating, you’re going to learn from them. Sometimes this means taking advice from them.

Sometimes this means just watching what they do and seeing how it works for them. Either way, you’re learning from other people’s experiences and knowledge.

And by learning from other people’s experiences and expertise, your own game will improve too. But here’s the thing: You don’t have to be with guys who are better than you at picking up girls.

In fact, if you hang around with guys who are better than you at picking up girls, then all they’ll do is make you feel bad about yourself because they’re so much better than you!
